I *NEED* a Change

Well, I think I do anyway!

I've worked for smile for 2 and a half years now, and I'm not going anywhere. When I first started at the bank it was an 80% service role, with 20% sales. In the short(ish) space of time I've been there, it's gone to 10% service 90% sales.

Now I really don't mind doing sales, as long as it's through service and it will benefit somebody. It just seems kind of like we're being bullied into selling these days. If you don't hit your targets after 3 months, you're out the door!

I'm thinking of completing an application form for the place Rachel has started work at. Apparently it's an insurance firm. It's 24 hours, so I'd be able to get myself more convenient hours, and it's about the same commute each day.

I miss Rachel. Smile just isn't the same without her!!
*Note: Please excuse the sorry ass pictures - they were taken using my phone at Rachels leaving meal*

I think so too! But then again, work have just started giving me better opportunities...For example, they're putting me on manager cover at least once a week for a few hours and they've given me the power!

I can now authorise transfers of money upto £250,000 and refunds upto £150 and also I can increase overdrafts upto £10,000! My decision will probably be made next week!

The phone camera is pretty crap! I love my Nikon D40, but I didn't take it to work with me so couldn't get some really nice pics!
